Inapp Update Support

It would be great to include in-app updates from the Google Play Core Library: https://developer.android.com/guide/playcore/in-app-updates . Also, the google play core library was split into multiple new Play libraries in April 2022. When I tried installing this (to try and implement this myself ), it's incompatible with the 1.10.3 core library that Essential Kit uses now.
